I may be a peasant, but Im a very rich one. As far as your Queen is concerned her job was NEVER to entice business to the UK. That was her governments job since she could not promise any tax breaks mate. She entertained high ranking officials and heads of countries but she did not get involved in the more earthy matters of business.
