I will be very undiplomatic in providing what I believe will be Serbia's answer to the Oaf and froggy. Get stuffed!

All too late boys. Who in their right mind would believe anything these two clowns say or agree to do? If there are any simpletons out there, all I can say is did they implement the Brussels or Washington agreements? Did they implement the Minsk agreement?
All I see in from the two clowns is FEAR!
The Oaf has already agreed to deploy the German army on the streets this winter ha,ha,ha. Freedom and democracy ha,ha,ha.
