What Peace or Stability ??? The Balkans in itself is a hot bed of tensions and hatred and add to that isolation and extreme poverty and then you add that all up = DOOM !!! The reality is people of the Balkans will ALWAYS remain poor and economically disadvantaged because of how they think, in reality I don't understand why the rest of developed Europe ( nazi roman catholic empire ) even bother or waster their time ? Best idea for all would be to put up a BIG fence around the Balkans and let the people there figure it out or fight it out or what ever the hell they want to do, this is a good example of how people don't understand to be free but just understand to be self destructive. so the sad reality is Balkans will NEVER amount to any thing other than cannon folder or circus for usa, england, germany and nazi roman catholic empire !!!

Are you for real?
The only reason there is peace in Macedonia and Montenegro is because Albanians have the upper hand there so no need to cause trouble.
Once that changes and people start realizing that they need to be in charge of their own countries you'll see how much trouble is going to start.
So, the common denominator here is Albanians not Serbs. You can't control Serbs and now want them relocated. Nice dream but dreams don't last.
