The candidate for leader of the Conservative Party and Prime Minister of Great Britain confirmed that she is ready to press the nuclear button if necessary.

In amy case, this is the sort of thing a potential head of state would say, so sabre rattling, sort of like numerous Russian diplomats warning the West that their continued arming of Ukraine means that they are directly at war with Russia, but not actually acting k those warnings.
