Perhaps it’s the US aka NATO? You would be gravely mistaken. With what would they do this? The Russians have the S-400, S-500, S-300V4 and S-550, A-235 Nudol plus hypersonic missiles/gliders. The US dose not even come close to being in the same league. The US is only now testing hypersonic systems. They do not have hypersonic missiles.
If the US could challenge the Russians they would already be in Ukraine. The US has sent in their latest weaponry, some are “cutting edge” to test them out and they all failed.
