No it does not have ample military hardware. Its drawing down on reserves now that's in storage and there is a fear amongst US military that it could easily deplete their warehouses soon.
The problem is the US military follows the private sector supply practise of Just in Time. They store very little.

Croatia has that many multipel rocket launchers systems that Ukaraine needs.
They have much greater range then long range Russian artillery.
To devastate the Russian long range artillery, armour and troop constructions.
Some are deployed to Poland and Lithuania with the Croatian heavy battle groups there as part of NATO.
To bolster NATO forces in the east.
