The Prime Minister of Lithuania and the Lithuanian Minister of Defense responded to the Russian threat with nuclear weapons.

The report is not complete. Lithuania and the Baltic countries have threatened to blockade Kaliningrad which would isolate it from Russia. That is a recipe for disaster for the Baltic countries. Of course Kaliningrad is loaded with nuclear weapons as the Baltics are members of NATO.
