That low life Hill has the audacity to attend such a ceremony considering the US bombed Belgrade but not Zagreb. Shows you how stupid these Americans have become. It all comes down to the fact the US has dumbed down their population they think everyone else is the same.

Whose smile is Sincere?
Nazi’s (Germans) bombed Belgrade April 6th, 1941
Dropping 360 Tons of bombs that day, most devastating attack in history.

Belgrade was bombed by British and American air forces on April 16 and 17, 1944, on Orthodox Easter by the American 15th Air Force. The carpet bombing raid was executed by 600 aircraft.
Belgrade was bombed again on 6 and 8 September 1944 with about 120 aircraft, also from the US 15th Air Force, accompanied by fighter planes.
From April to September 1944, Belgrade was bombed 11 times by the allies.
NATO led by (USA) launched 2,300 missiles at 990 targets and dropped 14,000 bombs, including depleted uranium bombs and cluster munitions. Over 2,000 civilians were killed, including 88 children, and thousands more were injured, destroying more than 300 schools, libraries, and over 20 hospitals. At least 40,000 homes eliminated about 90 historic and architectural monuments destroyed, between March 24, 1999 to June 10, 1999.
The Soviet (Russia) Liberated Belgrade October 14-20, 1944, command assembled 580,000 men for the offensive consisting of the Soviet 3rd Ukrainian Front, three Bulgarian Armies, 1st, 3rd, and 4th, and the 1st Yugoslav Army Group. Soviet casualties were 4,350 dead or missing in action, 14,488 wounded. An estimated 976 Soviet troops were killed in the assault on Belgrade alone.
Kharchenko, the only one who's smiling with sincerity, the others are smiling at the devastation bombing caused.
