How delusional is the west? The US still believes firmly that the US is China's No. 1 priority and would sacrifice Russia because of trade. Meanwhile the EU's clock has stopped in 1994.
No matter how many times China tells the US they will not sanction Russia the US cant get it into their tiny brains that China is serious and fall back to their firm held theory that Beijing sees the US more important.
I love how Jake "consequences" Sullivan keeps on issuing EMPTY threats if China breaks US trade embargo there will be serious consequences.
Sullivan must the one of the most useless and incompetent people in the Biden administration. He does not realise if China is sanctioned, China retaliates cuts supply lines and the US closes what little industry it has plunging it into a depression that makes the 1930s look like kids play.

You also have to remember that US industry relies heavily on goods from China; electronic parts, computers etc. US car manufactures rely on Chinese made parts. All US manufactures cannot function without Chinese made goods. Then there are fertilizers, chemicals, steel etc.
If the supply lines were interrupted, US car manufactures would have to shut production. Then there are people who sell cars, car parts. I could go on and on, but you would be looking at millions in the unemployment lines.
Then China can dump US Treasury bonds and this would crash the US economy.
People like Betsy have no idea what’s going on. They are told the US is the greatest and that’s it. Wait until the current economic crises hits the US and its coming. Its the one Biden said its Putin’s fault.
Price of food and most items and fuel will go through the roof while wages remain the same.

OK Russian and Chinese leaders are all war criminals, but how do you classify your American presidents that are responsible for the death of millions of innocent people from Iraq to Syria, Afghanistan to Libya? People who had were not involved just trying to stay alive? What about your military in a helicopter gunning down people in Bagdad? 11 killed and they were doing nothing. What about the drone killings???
Are these war crimes? Or maybe they are protected by the aura of freedom and democracy and God absolves them of any sin?
