"Democratic and fair atmosphere" - well start with press freedom and the proper coverage of ALL parties and their agendas in the media. And limit the time used for coverage of Vucic's activities - for the past years Serbian media coverage has been centred around the president, just as in communist times. Is Serbia a banana republic or Russia?
