Anyone who works at certain levels in banking/finance will immediately recognise all these sanctions are meaningless drivel. Yes, yes you will hear about how hard it will make it for Russia so on and so forth, but as I said it’s all BS.

I suggest that they impose other measures such as disconnection from SWIFT and ban Russian oil and gas sales to the west.

I note that the price for oil has gone up again. If you’re in the US and wishing that inflation will somehow magically be controlled well, you’re going to be disappointed as the price for everything in the supermarket is going to shoot for the sky.

Imagine if the west went for the two options I mentioned ha,ha,ha.

As they said these sanctions are like cheap washing detergent, all froth and bubbles on top but nothing going underneath.

Can anyone name a more incompetent or inept person than Ursula von de Leyen? I know Liz Truss is competing for that position, but Ursula is still ahead by a nose.
