The West called on Russia not to recognize the DNR and LNR at the UN

So France, Germany, Ireland, Estonia, Albania and Norway called on Russia not to recognize the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics. Yet these same countries went and recognised Kosovo as an independent state.
Is that double standards? I think that’s so. Remember what’s good for the goose is good for the gander. The Russians have the west in the palm of their hand with total abandonment of disconnection from SWIFT and as the days go by the list of sanctions is getting smaller and smaller. Meanwhile it seems that the EU banks are telling Brussels no sanctions and they want to continue to trade with Russia.
One by one item on the Russian list on security is being considered and when the treaty is signed no more NATO or Kosova and its not a joke but fact ha,ha.
