Now if they rule in favour of Djokovic and he is still deported that would technically be a massive blow to the Australian legal system. You have to understand that this is a Federal Court with the next level being the High Court and nothing after that. Internationally it would be an even bigger blow to Australian legal system's credibility to rule on matters without government interference.
