Mario & Phil......
Novak applied for medical exemption and was granted it by the Australian authorities. Novak was given the green light to travel, but when he landed the media and some public reaction prompted the PM to make a political statement and score some points as elections are due in May.
Novak has not broken any rules, infact he has followed their rules.
How come the other players with exemptions are not named and were allowed in without a problem??
This is BS cheap politics by their Prime Minister.
As for Aussies suffering strict rules for the past 2 years....well thats their governments fault, not Novaks.
If they did not grant the exemption visa Novak would not have traveled. Bit its a circus and points scoring by the Australian political elite.
Australia....joke country.

He asked for it. Australians are mad as hell. They had to endure strict quarantine rules for over two years while he thinks he can just come in like a cowboy.

Hey dummy, what about the other 15 players and staff that have applied and received exemptions and are now currently in Australia? or more to the point 3 other players made identical visa applications and were approved and they are in Australia playing now??????
Mario I take great delight in pointing out your stupidity.

Australia proving to be not down under but rather upside down country. Bunch of clowns but hey, they treat their own citizens way worse.
Good luck to Novak.

Why should he be treated any differently? He was aware of the rules but thought they didn’t apply to him. It’s about time that the rich and famous are treated like any other human being rather than receiving special treatment.
