This is typically what happen when someone gets pushed into a corner and backs away and backs away until there is no more backing away. The seriousness of this situation should not be downplayed and Mr Putin is seriously trying to get the attention of those with the levers of power in the west. One just needs to loot at the situation Russia finds itself in to see that a conflict was supposed to have happened long ago if it wasn't for sound leadership. Hate him or love him, on the world stage Mr Putin is head and shoulders above the rest. The Russians understand the art of diplomacy. The Western leaders fell asleep and resorted to playing the blame game instead of intensely negotiating. Stop the exceptionalism mindset and play the field

Best believe that your mother Russia will be turned into a huge big black hole upon earth desolate and a heap of ash should you even contemplate military actions against Ukraine or any other Democratically oriented country on your borders ! The days of Russia blackmailing will it’s neighbors and the free world are history !

How much are you willing to wager Putin is not bluffing????? He is not and the EU is starting to realise this fact. The Americans are very slow so it takes time but in the end they will have to sign a treaty with Russia.

A former US Marine office who is completing his PhD at Kings College in London, and a real expert in Russian military capabilities, wrote a paper on how long it would take Moscow to destroy the entire Ukrainian army. He said if they use only a portion of weaponry at their disposal then 1 day but if they use the entire array then its 30 to 40 minutes. No, its not a joke or mistake; its 30 to 40 minutes. How come the mighty USA was beaten in Afghanistan? A small country with no missiles, tanks, rockets or nuclear weapons? And here you are talking rubbish how Russia and Putin are scared of AMERICA/nato?
Why was Russia not defeated in Syria? Why is Assad still the presidet?
What did America do with reference to Crimea??
WRemember all the threats to Venezuela a few years ago from America? Then the Venezuelans asked for Russias help and Putin sent 220 Russian special forces. Since then nothing, not a peep from America.
