'The media must not give semi-literate nobodies like those who showed up at this meeting the airtime, because they represent the worst of us.'

If these semi-illiterates have no voice, why are you not criticizing the education system?

Good for you @Tani. Those are the kind of comments we need to see from decent Albanians. Ordinary people on all sides need to come together and move forward. The extremists in Kosovo feed on intolerance and hatred. Time for the primitives to grow up and get a life.

As a born and bred citizen of Tirana, I think I speak for most of my brethren when I say that Vicic, or anyone else for that matter is welcome here. These people who showed up in this protest are an embarrassment, and I’m sure you have those types of folks in Serbia too. These lunatics are the reason why the path towards reconciliation and mutual respect keep stalling. Time will show whether Rama and Vucic achieve anything with this initiative, but in the meantime bilateral relations such as this one are always a step in the right direction. We see a lot of Serbian tourists here, especially in south Albania during summer season, and I think they feel at home and respected like anyone else. The media must not give semi-literate nobodies like those who showed up at this meeting the airtime, because they represent the worst of us.

It is true what you wrote and are 100 % correct. I ,as a Serbian have been in 2018 and 2019 to Tirana, Durres and Shkroder and had no problems . These people burning flags are from near Pristina and nothing to do with Tirana)(

A new Yugoslavia??, open balkans is a result of false EU promises of accession talks.
Serbia, Albania and North Macedonia have come to a realisation that the EU accession will never happen so they decided to have their own little mini schengen. A majority of the EU countries and even Brussels endorse it. Obviously USA and Kosovo oppose it as they get no voice.

Naturally the US of Piss and Wind wants to stop Vucic. An unstable situation in Tirana? Really? these demonstrators are from Kosova and Bujanovo. From what I can tell the Albanians in Albania want this to happen as it means more jobs for the young people and less reason to leave Albania.
I thought Ivan said Zaev was finished? Then what's he doing with Rama and Vucic?
