Grenell, was purely a Trump political appointee with no legitimate credentials and - as his statements in this article demonstrate - no depth of understanding of the Serbia/Kosovo situation. The "accomplishments" of the Washington agreement were basically a repackaging of agreements that had already been made and by-and-large have not been implemented. By the way what does where an embassy is established is Israel have to do with Serbia and Kosovo? It is difficult to understand why anyone even gave Grenell the time of day much less why you'd print anything he has to say as an out-of-power has been.

Of course, Blinken has no credibility; that’s a given. When a diplomat was asked to describe the relationship between Victoria Nuland and Blinken the reply was Nuland is the organ grinder Blinken is the monkey.
You only had to follow Blinken at meetings with Lavarov. You can see that he is totally out of his depth.
A capable diplomat of that rank will never show his/her hand, but Blinken is holding his cards looking at the back of them while the face is pointed at his opponents in the game.
Blinken will achieve absolutely nothing where Kosovo or BiH is concerned.
Its sad to the point of being pathetic when these Americans constantly talk about the US being a “beacon of hope could continue to shine a light on Serbia and Kosovo, as well as the rest of the world".
Richard a word of advice. This is 2021 soon 2022 not 1990. The US is no longer in charge mate. Wake up!!!!!

I have worked with both Blinken and Grenell and know them both personally. Grenell leans in favor of Serbia whereas Blinken tends to be more neutral. However, Serbia is thought, in US circles, to be more suspicious of the EU and the US, though Kosovo seem mor trusting of the US.

I seriously doubt you know them personally and I ever more seriously doubt you ever worked with them. You don't strike me as someone who would be at that level.
The only real difference between Grenell and Blinken is the speed at which they move otherwise its the same policy no matter who comes to power.
