Complete rubbish. The so called formula for a vaccine is the amino acid composition of the spike protein from the Coronavirus (SCV-2). Everyone who has a spike based immunogen is basically using a very similar sequence, stabilized by various amino acid substitutions, as first published by the Chinese. That the Sputnik V uses the Ad-5 serotype, whereas the AZ uses a chimp based Adenovirus has been known for quite some time.
The Daily Mail relies on an ignorant readership incapable of understanding basic biology, to sensationalize garbage propaganda.
