17 years since the death of two guardsmen in Topcider

In front of the entrance to the military facility Karas in Topcider, 17th anniversary of the death of guardsmen of Serbia-Montenegro army will be marked today.

After 12 years Serbia decides to investigate the deaths of two soldiers.It doesn’t appear the lives of the 2 deceased military men were of any importance to the government of Serbia.To Paraphrase Shakespeare “ Something is rotten in the state of Serbia”.
