UN 1244 is still in force and clearly guarantees the territorial integrity of Serbia and its province Kosovo and NOT the other way around. The EU and NATO signatures are not worth the paper they are written on , Brussels Agreement most recently in 2013.

If the West fails to force the bandits from Priština to comply with the the agreements that they signed, Serbia will have to act to defend the Serb population in Northern Kosovo. It’s long overdue.
Kosovo is NOT an independent state. Even five EU members and half the world have not recognized its independence.
