President of the so-called Kosovo Vjosa Osmani estimated that the American donation of 55 military vehicles received today is contribution to peacekeeping.

I have said it again and again with the US you always have to look any gift horse in the mouth LOL. They gave the Croats humvees a couple of years ago and told them they only needed a "paint job", but it would have been cheaper to buy new than to repair them.
