Ukraine: "Deadline - July 20th"; Russia's response: "You live in a parallel reality"

The Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) has given Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoygu a deadline - July 20th.

What next? Singapore taking the same course of action against the US?

Ukraine de-facto canceled the vaccination treaty with Hungary.
Hungarian and Ukrainian MFA agreed to mutually recognize the vaccination certificate.

After that. Ukrainians don't let anyone in with Hungarian vaccination showing Sputnik-V, de-facto mocking the treaty.
Their only goal is to annoy Hungarian people who got Russian vaccine.

I got mRNA though - but I guess, after this news Russia started to shake and crumble. Typical incompetence of Ukrainian government.

I know a great deal of sweet people there - but their "Project Ukriane" seem to be cursed since 1091 to have to endure the most incompetent governments in Europe.

I'm sure that the Russians are shaking in their shoes after hearing this news. These Ukrainian officials must be suffering from oxygen deprivation because no one can be this deluded to give such an ultimatum.
What next? Singapore taking the same course of action against the US?
