Orbán successfully fooled quite a few naive people, you and Skenderbeu 1444 included. His law is in the fact just the opposite what he claims - but it is an extremely touchy subject.

The main controversy is that according this law minors can't be informed about homosexuality at all.
This law was proposed by KDNP (christ-democratic party, which is part of the FIDESZ and has major catholic roots).

In other words, if a sugar-daddy catholic priest would rape a girl, she can expect legal help and support of a psychologyst.

However, if the same priest would rape a boy - the entire case according this law should be forgotten and buried: neither parents, nor teachers, nor psychology experts are allowed to deal with that problem because it involved a homosexual act and as such, it is beyond any discussion: the poor boy can't be helped or even informed, what did he suffered from!
