Matthew Palmer said today that when it comes to borders and territories, he does not see it as an issue on which Kosovo is ready to engage.

Then why are you goat herders after a UN seat? Why are they after membership of UNESCO and for the life of me why would a region run by bandits want to be part of Interpol?

Very very good.
Both Matthew Palmer and Miroslav Lajcak are good people and they have understood that Kosovo with its present boundaries and albanians who angers the international community every month, is no longer viable.
It will be quite interesting in the coming years how this will end. Yes, I said years because there are 100s of more important things going on in the world right now.
Anyway, I have got it right in the past although albanians told me otherwise and how will it be now in the future?
Well, as I have said before, someone somewhere have fooled the albanians to believe that the WHOLE of Kosovo would one day be an own country.
All see now that it will not happen. Simply because Serbia (with huge support from EU 5, and two more coming, UNSC, Russia, China, India, 1244 etc) will not allow that.
Some "experts of the Balkans" this and that will say otherwise but reality counts.

Serbia need not recognize Kosova/o, but Kosovo/a must be able to be a member of the EU, NATO and the UN as much as does Serbia. That is what is necessary to achieve a final and comprehensive agreement between Kosova/o and Serbia.
