The writing has always been on the wall, it’s just that Serbia has tried, unsuccessfully, not to read it. However, there are serious consequences for violating the Dayton Agreement. The Hague prison has plenty of empty cells for potential violators.

Dzaferovic doesn't realise that times have changed. Turkey are the boss of the bosniaks. Erdogan is on vucic side. After the failed coup in Turkey, vucic supported Erdogan, vucic was invited to Turkey and gave a speach in Turkey parliament. Turkey was hit by EU sanctions for crackdown on the opposition. Erdogan by passed the sanctions by purchasing factories in Serbia to export goods. Turkey is close to Serbia and bosniaks must abide by the sultan wishes

Abdullah should read the Dayton Agreement first before opening his big mouth and see the signatories to this plan. Having said that, if Serbia does not have rights, then Republika Srpska has and if Republika Srpkas does not want a new EU representative I see no problems in the Federation part hosting their German friend.
A little advice to the dumb-arse Bosniak administration, you are not liked by your own people for reasons too numerous to list, but the latest involves Bekrija Izetbegovic’s wife. Every time the topic of RS breaking away is raised Bekirja threatens war. One very tiny problem; who is going to participate in this war since the vast majority will not follow him?
Hot air nothing more.
