This is not correct since Milosevic was not involved in the events of Srebrenica. On the contrary he tried to stop Karadzic and Mladic. So it is not possible to follow the events from Srebrenica to Kosovo since the same people were not involved.

Anyone who actually followed Milosevic's trial and read the transcripts knows that Slobo made a complete fool out of Geofrey Nice
during those proceedings. Slobo completely destroyed the prosecution's case over Kosovo, and he did it all during cross examination of Nice's "experts" and witnesses. The judge even ordered Nice to drop the genocide indictment on Kosovo, all before Milosevic called a single defense witness. Remember that Milosevic died before presenting his own defense arguements. No doubt the USA establishment poisoned Slobo and killed him to prevent Nato's own crimes against FRY and the Serbian people from being exposed during the trial.

And the fact that Kosovo can sue although it is not a member of the UN also does not count. FYR tried to sue via the UN countries that bombed it but that was rejected by the UN because FYR was then no longer a member of the UN. And Serbia can countersue because when the war ended, the KLA ethnically cleansed 200k Serbs, Roma and other minorities. When there would be a court case the pile of dirt on foreign countries involved in the training and funding of the KLA would be exposed as well as their role of looking away when the KLA cleansed Kosovo. Serbia would be wise to highlight all that in a potential court case. No way countries such as the US, the UK and Germany who were involved in training, arming and funding the KLA want that exposed in a court.

The Hague witchunt thought they had the star witness in Rade Markovic who would “spill” the beans on the so called murder of Kosovo civilians. Markovic was forced under torture, threats to his family in order to join the prosecutors case. He reversed course under Milosevic cross examination and revealed the kangaroo court. The day will come when Milosevic the Communist will be rehabiliated as the Serbian nationalist Draža Mihailović was when he was under Tito’s show trials after WW2.
