The great efforts of the health authorities has brought Serbia to the position of the continental leader in vaccination, the Guardian reported, writes AFP.

Because it takes time to develop herd immunity. That does not happen overnight. In fact the UK leads in numbers vaccinated and yet they still have a high death rate.
