Trump impeached; Pelosi signed; Trump released a video

The US House of Representatives has impeached President Donald Trump for "incitement of insurrection" at last week's Capitol riot.

The previous impeachment failed.

So probably will this one.

There are a few politically anti-Trump turn-coats in the Republicans, but probably not enough for the necessary two-thirds majority.

The whole Republican Party might turn on Trump if they can see a strong replacement, but given the near certainty of mess ups under the strongly socialist Harris as President, or (assuming his brain keeps functioning - under Biden), Trump at this time still stands as the person most likely to win the 2024 election.

What will be interesting will be if Big Tech keeps up the suppression of Trump if he begins to look like a very strong runner. Big Tech has already over-stepped the mark on suppression of free speech, so expect fireworks one way or another.
