As far as I am concerned: a significant number of people in FR, HU and RU died because they had chronic illness and had no chance to be treated or undergo routine tests as all doctors were directed to fight the COVID. I would say, they are victims of COVID as well, even if not infected.

I knew an old lady of 83. Last week she suffered a stroke (slog) in Serbia. She went to hospital for a day but was returned home because of the Covid crisis. She was very confused and frightened. She didn’t recognise her family. She lost her appetite and quick declined. 2 days ago she died peacefully at home. The ambulance arrived and took her to hospital. The hospital declared that she had Covid and died from it. Is she one of the 46 deaths mentioned in this story?
