Thank God. The longer the vaccines stay away the better.

Serbia has nothing to fear as Russia has more than enough of their vaccine to go around for their Slavic Orthodox. Although the Russian vaccine has not been fully tested, it is still better than nothing. As they say, beggars can’t be choosers.

Pfizer and Moderna? Are they joking? These "vaccines" have not been tested properly and they do not know whether they will protect a person more than 3 months. This is the result of rushing this out to make money before the Russians or Chinese.
A word of warning, take this "vaccine" at your risk since there have been several adverse reactions to this medication and some requiring hospitalization of the recipient.

The US is continuing to show Serbia that the US is their "friend". Imagine giving it away when you don't have enough for your citizens LOL. I suppose their citizens are dying for a good cause.
