It is about time that many people started considering other people a bit more than they consider their own need for a cup of coffee or a beer!! Show a bit of community concern! (UK, 14 October 2020 09:25)

I have a practical recommendation. Go hang out with the security guard at Ikea. He has the same ideas as you. He was chasing after me at the entrance demanding that I put on a mask. What a slave to a stupid system.

It's all well and good saying that people need to wear masks and to socially distance and to be responsible, but why are these rules not being enforced? Take a look at ant tram, bus or trolley bus and see how packed they can be and how many passengers are not wearing masks. Take a walk into the city centre and see how busy cafes and bars are and how many customers and staff are not wearing masks. Take a walk around most supermarkets and see that there are customers with no masks. We keep hearing how well everyone is adhering to the rules and this just simply is not true. Start imposing on-the-spot fines for people breaking the rules....then people might start listening a bit more carefully! This is not a joke, this is a very serious situation. Your actions can literally be the difference between life and death for some of the more vulnerable people in society. It is about time that many people started considering other people a bit more than they consider their own need for a cup of coffee or a beer!! Show a bit of community concern!
