Putin is very smart men. He never rush to action because someone decides to pick a fight thinking that i will start the fight and Russia will finish it for me. Remember Chechenia,Dagestan,Turkmensitan.Kazakstan,Uzbekistan etc. Putin is great chess player , he will wait and then in the end makedeal with all parties including Turkey.
