Foreigners coming to Serbia from certain countries will have to provide a negative PCR test, not older than 48 hours, the Crisis Staff decided.

Is a PCR test required if for passengers from Bulgaria transiting Serbia to Hungary and Croatia?

Even if transits are allowed without a negative test, it would still depend on the interpretation of the border guard.

Only these countries? I allready bought a ticket to Serbia on the 20th, when these measures come into effect? are there more countries in the list? (Leo, 14 August 2020 12:52)
Not sure about future moves by the Crisis Staff, as I mostly ignore them. But they hit the most important ones to nearly close the land borders which is a very good move for our businesses. This way we have more space in our hotels for visitors from Wuhan. Very tactful on the part of our holy politicians.
