You must be naive, don’t you remember Russia’s non response when Serbia was bombed by NATO. I wouldn’t hold my breathe waiting for Russia to share a vaccine for covid-19, assuming they actually have one, which experts seem to doubt. Your best chance is when the US or some Western country find a vaccine, they may share it with Serbia. However, after reading some of negative comments on b92 about the US and other Western countries, it is very unlikely that they will offer help to Serbia.
