Fatima, in what way is Serbias economy failing?
Where did you rear/hear this news? If you mean in recent months then I'll let you into a secret.......
All the economies in the world are taking a battering. Here in the UK our economy shrunk by 20.4% this year due to the virus. In America over 40 million people have lost their jobs since march. The US debt has sharply risen to $27 trillion. Let that sink in......$27 trillion.
Before the virus Serbias growth rate was one of the best in Europe and billions of foreign investments. So, how is Serbias economy failing? Explain.
As for Chinese loans, what details do you have on the small print? Have you seen the agreements? What strings are you talking about...?
Look at how the US treats Latin American nations when they struggle to repay loans. The US takes over pension funds, airports, public utility companies, etc. You think the US is nice to these countries? So tell us what "strings" have the Chinese attached??
If you are going to make general sweeping statements you must know the details and explain. Its like saying Albanias economy is failing and US loans have strings attached... Do you get it????

After update, this is what Google Translate came up:

"I love to gallop on the roof of Hungarian trains on all my four - just to avoid the 565 HUF Intericity train surcharge".

View from the uk,
Do you deny what is obvious to everyone else: Serbia’s economy is failing, why else are they desperate to join the E.U. Serbia realizes that any loans from China have strings attached, they could care less about Serbia.

Comment, dear me, you have an obsession with Serbia.
Just for the record this article is about Russian airlines not flying to Montenegro for a long time to come. Its obviously going to effect Montenegros tourist industry.
And here you are with no comment on the article in question, but take a silly and childish swipe at Serbia. Amazing how much hate and venom flows through you......
Any chance of debating the issues in this article....?????

It was Montenegro that decided to ban Russians due to the large number of COVID-19 cases raging in Russia. Perhaps Serbia will let them in due to their desperate need for tourists. I’m sure Russians would love to bask in the sun along the Danube!

I guess Montenegro will now open the border with Serbia, they need all tourism they can get. These Montenegrian's are two faced people I would not trust them as far as I can through them and that is not very far.Montenegro should let Albanian's come in and see how much they really spend.Just a little advise hang on to your wallets Montenegro.
