Tests help as long as you can follow the clusters. The truth is in the number of people in hospitals and on respirators. Some countries may test less, but they also have less people in hospitals.

Numbers started to grow after election campaign and derby. It was clearly opened to fast and now the whole counrty is paying for the mistakes the government did at that point.
Of course it is cheap to blame the protests now, but the numbers went up before the protests.

Of course, the protests are to blame for the rise in Covid19 cases. It has nothing to do with the hundreds of thousands of people who were gathering at the poll stations.

If you are weak, isolate. If you are strong, conquer.

I think it is not full, but close. Would add more:


1) If you are strong, conquer ( = all major countries, working on the vaccine ).

2) If you are not that strong, isolate ( = France, Italy, Spain )

3) If you are weak, bark and jerk your citizens left and right. And steal the elections, if possible (let me not name)

4) If you are the weakest, you bark and jerk the citizens, but the same time proclaim, you are in the tier 1. (This applies to a country slightly north of Horgos).
