Kon: New hotspots in the student dormitory in Karaburma, Tutin and Novi Pazar

I guess Kon doesn’t realize our cultured young people resort to drinking out of the same rakijia bottle so as to be economical, or they all kiss the same girl while in a drunken stupor.

Tsk, tsk. I have respect for Kon, he did a good job.
But I think he, too, is mentioning the "second wave" without much information. I feel, this "second wave" is to warn people to be more cautious. What you say is correct for many young - and if they have more caution about the "second wave" that won't hurt.
