Legendary Croat: Djokovic is the greatest of all time

Hat's off to Goran, he was a true legend in his days as a professional player.
I only wish the politicians would have the same mentality as these tennis players.

Nole is absolutely the greatest tennis player in the world. I am confident that he is keeping well and in shape through this hiatus and that he will come back to the court rested and ready to win more grand slams!

Stay away from Croats. The ones with a few brains see what is happening to Croatia and its sinking future and hope they can somehow get a hold onto Serb coat tails again and save themselves. That's all this is about.

One swallow does not make it a summer. The history of Croats is an unpleasant who refuse to accept their murderous past. Jasenovac is one that comes to mind but there were other such places in NDH during WW2.
During the trial of Ljubo Milos, commandant of Jasenovac, he testified that the Ustaše had drawn up plans for the extermination of Serbs long before 1941.
Then more recently we have the ethnic cleanings of 250,000 Serbs from Croatia.

Stay away from Croats.

I can testify only as a tourist. I am very often in (ex)YU since 1978, except the time we lived in the U.S. Countless times people in YU helped us, while we "endured" only two attempts to cheat: once in Prizren, 1981 (15 than-Dinars, from a food seller on the bus station) and twice from a food seller in Belgrade (2011, 50 "recent" Dinars, she consistently "forgot" to give back the changed, I complained after she tried to pull her trick the second time).

The road police or carina corruption is a different story, there everyone I ever met does complain, me too. I see a huge improvement in Hungary, Romania, UA / BY / RU - but not much all over exYU.

So for a tourist there is not much to complain and the entire exYU is very safe. I think the worst is the "Carina" of MK and the Serbian road police. On the other hand one can always "negotiate" with both, "fines" rarely more than "jedna Crvena".
