If we should be virus free in two weeks, how can it be that Serbia today shows 4.460 active infective people. That means 51% of 100.000 people which is far above what Montenegro has set as a limit. Most countries calculate that infective people for more than 3 weeks ago has recovered or are dead. With similar calculation Serbia would be belove the limit and would be accepted in Montenegro.
