Nice words Mr Lajcak, but......
It appears that a good majority of the people of Serbia do not want to join the EU. This of course will be a big hurdle to cross. And I doubt it will happen.
As for sharing experience, all well and good. But Slovakia and Serbia have a very different history, so the views of the public are outrageously different.
Slovakia along with a few more countries that were accepted into the EU were fast tracked for political and geopolitical reasons. If Russia was not very close to Lithuania, Estonia, Slovakia, Hungary, etc, I doubt that many, if any, of them would have been members today. Certainly Rumania and Bulgaria were dragged in even though they should never have.
Other issues include the fact that the EU is now in dire straights when (financial and for political reasons). Also the UK has waved goodbye and with it a huge net contributor to the Brussels coffers.
The EU is a Germany play thing, just ask Greece, Italy, Spain, Cyprus, etc....

Sorry Mr Lajcak just buzz off.
Sure Rep Serbia is single minded. You EU countries have bombed
Rep Serbia & KiM
Montenegro and now mutton dressed as a lamb. are trying to lecture, sit talks with siptari.
Only mad would want to join in.
You know very well that certain countries of Balkan will never join in, be taken under the wing.
Áll you want to make money out of Serbia misery.
And to pull wool over eyes.

Go elsewhere Mr Lajcak.
You were involved in Montenegro and look what troubles you made, Miroslave.
How can you sleep at night?

I do not know why - but Slovakia turned to be the far best country on the Planet to fight the evil Wuhan-virus. No kidding, they may have some magic.

That you, Slovakia. We are close enough to have vacation there anytime we want.
