Be careful what you wish for, there is no alternative for the EU where Serbia is concerned. When has Serbia ever been successful on its own. Recall, under the Ottomans, Serbia was a vassal entity and dependent on the Turks for supervision.

A lot of polls are conducted over the phone on online so it's possible to do it now.
I don't know if they did conduct any polls but I do know that's how they do them these day regardless.

Italy is well capable of handling a pandemic on its own, why there is so much blame going around towards EU? Every country is dealing with the same deadly virus. Why Italy's government irresponsibility is being directed to EU? Italy ignored the fact that they had Chinese nationals coming in and out of Italy during China's outbreak and didn't take any precautions. Italy was very late to react to the virus and that is why it was hard to control the virus once it exploded. I feel bad for the Italian people but not for their Government and Health departments that oversee contagious diseases since they didn't do their job in preparing before hand. China's hiding the severity of this virus is CRIMINAL. But a lot of countries were successful in handling this pandemic regardless of what information they got from China. Take responsibility and stop b!tching.
