Hey Malik, how is Russia suffering? Economically they have the best poker hand in the world. Near zero debt, 700 billion in foreign currency reserves plus more gold holding than USA.
For the past 20 years, they have been paying debt and refused to bail out companies during the last financial crisis.
The Western world is heavily in debt, excessive money printing and bailing out companies of billionaires at the expense of the tax payers and these billionaires never pay tax. Tax payers are fir the next 100 years paying their debts.

If Iran was unaffected by the sanctions by the US, Rouhani would not be whining. His words clearly reveal how much pain Iran is suffering, much like Russia is suffering.
