Why is Russia less affected than Luxembourg?

I will tell you why. Let’s take the countries of Albania, Ukraine and Russia, populations of 3 mil, 50mil, 160 mil approximately . “Corona” cases of 76, 20, 300. Guess what? The 5G network cellular networks are virtually non existent in these countries. Russia is only looking at 5G network within the military. Exposure to 5G network has similar symptoms to the flu and damages immunity, kidneys and nervous system . Many of the tests and 5G roll outs are happening in 2020. If you don’t believe me, do the research.

It is obvious that the reported number of people in Russia infected by the Corona virus is low. The reason is that Putin drastically understates the number of people infected, much like the Chinese.

Russia will be like their communist idol China regarding the handling of this virus. They will downplay it until this sh!t blows up on their faces and is out of control. I just hope this blow up happens soon so the world doesn't have to get infected the second time after we manage to get rid of if once OR maybe the world can shut its doors to Russia and let them deal with it slowly and painfully. I mean these dictators have to learn their lessons sooner or later.

But are they telling the truth. Russia's and Serbia's friend China said the same thing. How long did they know about the virus before they told anyone until the failed in controlling it, but it was TOO LATE by than !!!!!!

I totally agree and there are scientific proofs for horrible health hazards posed to us by using 5G. The thing is that there is censorship too... The general public needs to educate themselves...

The question is not very good to begin with. I would formulate it slightly different.

AFAIK, entire cities are infected. People suffer for six to eight weeks, damning that "unusual flu" and continuing to go to work and live everyday life. And be happy that children aren't "infected". I believe - at least what I am told - that the infection is on a grand scale... with little effect.

I do not know the answer but it could be:

- If anyone was born at all, (s)he has to be strong enough.

- Many people were exposed to untested preparations aimed primarily at military. In 60-s or 70-s if the situation with flu or pneumonia became critical - the doctors could get easily medications "under the table" which was stored in military. No idea what it could be, but certainly some could be beneficial

- There are different strains of the virus, the one in Ukraine-Belarus-Russia (or Germany if it matters) is different, than the on in Italy. Doctors say otherwise but who knows

- The number of dead due common flu and pneumonia is higher. For instance, U.S. has over 16000 deaths this year from a common flu complications.

- We aren't used to complain much. The symptoms are ridiculously nothing, the duration and persistence is what makes me weak. And the f**g headache kills the day. In UA or RU this does not really qualify even to see a doctor.

- All of the above?

Is this 'Luxembourg'the country or more specifically 'Luxembourg the city'?

The latter has a lot of daily commuters from neighbouring countries (go see a map), so lots of possible transmission spreaders.

Here in Brussels there are less positive cases in Brussels city 450 than either in Flanders 2213 (significantly the highest) and Wallonia 970 even though Brussels has a dense international traffic and international organizations.* It's not just about size then.

It also depends on whether the figures are only people who have been tested with symptoms and in hospital or mass testing. China, South Korea & Russia carry out mass testing. Russia has carried out well over 100,000 tests, much more than here in Belgium and quite a few other european countries. If you know who is and who isn't infected, the former can effectively be kept away from the latter. The latter still has to be careful, but not excessively so (social distancing etc.) Asia learned from the SARS epidemic. We westies haven't learned anything because we are great.

How did Russia manage to control the virus? well even WHO has said it. Moscow shut all their borders immediately and anyone entering was quarantined. Russia learnt from China, which initially did not understand what they were dealing with and thus the reason for the slow start.
I can’t see any benefit for them to lie about the numbers. However, the west was too busy laughing at China calling it names etc to take action since they thought the virus would be contained in China and thus the plague spread.
Even today we see the incompetence of western leaders. One such is the Premier of NSW Australia who allowed under her watch a ship to dock in Sydney not testing people resulting in 124 infected to disembark.
Then there is the US which does not have enough of anything to fight this infection. Even the head of FIMA US was caught telling lies when asked about masks etc. His response was they are being shipped from warehouses, but could not say how many or where they are being shipped to.
The best part is the US offered medical assistance to Iran to fight the epidemic LOL. With what? They don’t have enough for themselves LOL. It called spin in overdrive.

The 5G Network is heavily concentrated in the Lombardy Italy region, it is killing hundreds per day as they continue to test and roll out.

Why not Southern Italy where there are fewer cases? Why were there over 67,000 cases in Hubei, China where a massive 5G network roll out occurred in the same timer period, Feb-2020. Very few cases in Hong Kong? Why?

You, in your Jugoslavija were damn lucky. In our countries... maybe not-so. Or at least the conditions were harsh enough to get used to less-than-comfortable life.

I was born with quite weak body and never became a weight-lifter champion. My wife wasn't much different. We spent our childhood in two different countries with the same thing: pneumonia. As I was around 8, the local doctor told my grandma about something "new". We were near a military base. After that injection I never ever had pneumonia in my life.

Today I have COVID-19... knock-knock. No pneumonia.

My wife continued her struggle with that sh*t until we did not became friends and went to China. 1986 she got a very nice pneumonia in Lhasa and suffered like a dog for coming weeks. The pneumonia developed into a full-scale thing on our way back to Europe, in Novosibirsk while we were on train.

Same thing did repeat. A military doctor came to the train, gave her an injecton - bye-bye pneumonia, up until now.

What it was do not know. Probably not really "kosher" thing and certainly not approved by FDA. Maybe risky, maybe not. But it kind of works.

If you talking about the Russian politics and the government - that's not correct either because they are not happy with such "friend".

1) The number of down or up votes is not really relevant. I noticed some voted me down on my wish that none of us should get locusts, tornado and hurricanes in 2020.
I either assume, the down voting happens as a routine sheep-reaction or they eat locusts.

For that they probably need to allocate much more money and human resources than what they can do now. Improving / changing the forum engine and policies is a tedious work with a lot of time and money to be allocated.
