OK then Ms Kolinda......so you are telling Serbia to forget about the death camps in nazi Croatia during WW2 where up to ONE MILLION (mostly Serbian) civilians were slaughtered by your fathers and grandfathers?
You are also telling Serbia to forget about the forced ethnic cleansing of up to 300,000 Serbian civilians in the summer of 1995?
And further more you want Serbia to face the music for their alleged crimes?

Who cares what Croatia wants or does not want? Remember the famous Miro Kovac incident? Remember how Croatia wanted to block the EU opening of chapters with Serbia? What happened there? The powers flew into Zagreb told the knucklehead to sign on the dotted line, which Kovac did, and flew out again. In fact, he also took an electronic signature so they don’t have to bother Kovac.
Croatia has about as much say in these proceeding about Serbia joining the EU as I have. Croatia is nothing and please save the drivel about Croatia running the EU for the next 6 months because Zagreb will do as it’s told.

It's nice to see a picture of Berlin because that is precisely where the power in Croatia lies. As to owning up to their past, the onus is to Croatia to admit its past and present fascism. Croatia is only in the EU thanks to Germany. They really do not deserve to be a member but hey, Germany never forgets a friend and accomplice.
