Why is Rama angry with Pristina? "Warn those from Kosovo..."

Rama laying down the ground rules, just because you are Albanians from Kosovo doesn't give you the right to be exempt from paying the toll as all Albanians do in Albania. Rama also considers Albanians in Kosovo to be Serbs as Kosovo is not officially a state.

As I've written before, I've worked with Albanian partners before: Albanians from Albania proper don't like the Albanians from "kosovaaaa", they are considered "choban"....
Poor "kosovaaaars" think the Albanians in Albania proper can't wait to "unify" with them for a "greater Albania"...When in reality, they're considered Welfare recepients….

#1. All it was asked is trucks delivering Aid should not pay for tolls.
#2. It is very normal during emergency situation to remove tolls so that more help can get to people.

Just like Kosovo Army entered Albania and had no tolls citizens who have families traped or want to help should go for free.
