Palmer withdrew his "ultimatum". I am lucky because I dont find my hat very tasty. By the way there are no sanctions in place from last time mate. They were removed by the UN and they will NEVER return LOL.

Yes, as retaliatory sanctions for the installation of Pantsir and S-400 SAM systems in Serbia, the USA will now refuse to fly any of its military aircraft within a 400 km radius of S400 launch sites.

First, Macron said no to more countries in the EU. So Serbia will not join with or without recognizing the Kosovo independence declaration. Second, faced with option of recognition or sanctions the answer is obvious. Never ever give in to blackmail and extortion.

First in line is diplomacy which is supported by the military might of the US, but after years of fighting and losing endless wars its military is more of a force on paper than reality. The last option is sanctions and that's quickly being eroded away with new financial systems being put in place.
