I used "Radio Yerevan" as a nick - but wrote essentially the same. For whatever reason my post went straight to B92 nirvana. Ask them, why.

LOL you have had to go back to 2008 LOL. Its 2019 going onto 2020 not 2008. How desperate can you get?
There is an old saying “a week is a long time in politics” so what they say now may be the complete opposite next week.
Since you used Wikipedia, I’ll do the same” As of February 2018, Armenian-Kosovan relations are non-existent because Armenia has yet to recognize Kosovo's independence.” Note the word non-existent.
Any chances of recognition now? More of a chance of a drove of pigs flying.
But you get full marks for desperation LOL

I've been in Yerevan few years ago.
Spent a nice time there.
Pity, I didn't have a chance to stay more and visit orthodox churches in Armenia.
Although I didn't spend so much time with Armenians, I felt many similarities between us. They suffered so many times in past and have current conflicts with neighbors. Things important to them are not in Armenia, but in surrounding countries (Mount Ararat), lots of people live in emigration and they have great brandies.
But, on the other hand, there is always an issue about Olympics Wrestling final, where Stefanek took a Gold medal ;).
Regards to all Armenians, from a small Serbian town!

On 12 March 2008, President Serzh Sargsyan stated that "Armenia's possible recognition of Kosovo's independence will not strain the Armenian-Russian relations" but also noted that "Kosovo recognition issue needs serious discussion... Armenia has always been an adherent to the right of nations to self-determination and in this aspect we welcome Kosovo's independence."... https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Armenia%E2%80%93Kosovo_relations
