Jeff,
Essentially, Kosovo is independent, nothing Serbia can do to change this fact. Now it is up to Serbia to decide if it wants to join the EU, she knows what she must do. The sooner Serbia recognizes Kosovo the sooner she will be eligible to join the que to the EU. There are no guarantees, but she will no longer be blocked membership to the EU.

This is the same old game of going around in circles. Serbia is no more willing to divide Kosovo than Russia, or the US despite having different reasons to keep it together.
With a lot of Chinese and Russian help Serbia is going around and getting more and more countries to revoke recognition of Kosovo as an independent state. If Serbia was keen to resolve the Kosovo stalemate, they would not be doing this, so I'd take a grain of salt every time Vucic puts on an act of wanting to resolve Kosovo. Serbia has nothing to lose keeping the stalemate. The only people losing are the Albos since even their allies are not lifting a finger to help them out. The west has what it wants and they just don’t care and if the Albos try anything that is perceived against the west they will fall on them like a tonne of bricks.
What are they going to talk about? The Brussels Agreement was signed and guaranteed by the EU but it has not been implemented so what is there to talk about that is meaningful? Even if they agree on something it will never be implemented – status quo.
What is at heart here is the few assets that the west would like to buy, but I would not hold my breath on any sales being on the horizon in the future.

Why dont you post what Vondracek said at your assembly , about the " revoking recognition" of Republic of Kosovo from Czech Rep. ?
Or maybe you`re just waiting for Dacic to try one more time just like he did on central Africa , corrupting some minister with Swiss Frank

The Germans are the problem, not the solution. They refuse to allow Serbia to make a deal that lets Serbia keep it's dignity. It may be some old type of racism, supporting their old Croatian, Albanian allies, or it is simply they can't admit they were wrong. They are not brave enough to stand up and acknowledge Serbian rights to Kosovo. They refuse to see their hypocrisy in encouraging the breakup of Serbia, and refusing the breakup of an unrecognised parastate. German stubborness and arrogance is what is holding back a solution.
