Not that bad as in Germany. I would rather drive in Kosovaaahh or Russia (did both) than in Germany. Where I am literally under terror of road trolls.

I don't know what the cause was but it is true that people that have electronic payment of toll think that the road belongs to them. They drive very fast through the toll and expect that drivers that pay with money move out of their way. Road rage and fast driving is a big problem in the Balkans.
