Surviving witness: I have seen Haradinaj killing people

I guess the 50 bodies of the murdered civilians near djakovica were also planted there.
Really hope that justice is served, but somehow I doubt it. Seems that Haradinaj, Thaci, etc, all have protection from America. A bit like no Croat is guilty of killing a few thousand people and expelling up to 300,000 from their homes in 1995.

THROW out by the COURT in Hague?
Not if Mr Jollaj was there saying what he had just said? And not if other witnesses were murdered. Hague court should know if x number of witnesses were murdered to prevent them of giving evidence, its obvious who has interest. Time to re examine again.Re-open files again.

Can you tell us how come so many witnesses were murdered just before they were to give evidence against Haradinaj?
Can you explain how NOBODY is guilty of expelling 300,000 Serbs from their homes in '95?
Can you explain how Oric is free considering there is a mountain of evidence against him for his part in the murder of thousands of civilians around Srebrenica?
Can you explain why the Hague is ignoring Dick Martys evidence on the "yellow house" in Albania and murder to extract human organs?
There are many other examples I can give but you get the point.
Any honest and realistic comments on the points above.....??

Of course there are some Croats in jails for war crimes. There are some Bosnian muslims as well. But no political leaders from Croatia were arrested or tried. And this was a decision (operation storm) made at the very top of Croatian politics. Dont you agree? And any generals in jails....? No, of course not. Did the western world condemn august 1995? I can tell you here in England it didnt appear in the media. Its as if it didnt happen. How come?? This is expelling over a quarter of a million people from their homes. Think about that. And how did the Croatian elite and generals get away with it, without even criticism?? Amazing isn't it??
As for America protecting the mafia in Pristina, well, to date they certainly are. Of course this will continue until they are not needed any more. How long that will be is anybodys guess.
But I agree with you that the US will not protect Haradinaj, Thaci, etc, "at all cost". Only for as long as they are useful......

They could have motion pictures of Rastus killing people and the western courts would have found him not guilty. The French court was provided with all the material, but that was ignored and the Slovenians were instructed to find that there was not sufficient evidence. Its how the west works.

Are you talking about the witness that was killed in Montenegro by a Serb? Let that sink in for a moment, and then ask why was he killed. Was it that his value to Serbia, as a "dead witness" was much greater than his weak testimony?

And if you know of any other killed witnesses, please do provide names. But you don't have any, do you?

Haradinaj's case was re-examined again, there was a second trial in the Hague in case you didn't know. He was again declared innocent. Serbia's fabrications were again proven false.

His case was again re-examined in France, due to a fabricated Interpol warrant from Serbia. Again, the French court found the accusations baseless.

And yet again, his case was tried in Slovenia, due to another fabricated Interpol warrant from Serbia. Again, the Slovenian court, threw the accusations out as baseless.

How many times does he have to be tried based on the Serbian lies? It has been four times already. Or do you suppose that the entire world is in with Haradinaj against the Serbs?
